This is a 29-year-old female who has 2 children. She did not like the asymmetry of her breasts which were worsened after childbirth. She did not want the scars of a mastopexy or breast reduction at this time but realizes that she may need them in the future.
Saline implants filled to 900cc with a differential for symmetry.
