20 year old with no children. She has tubular breasts. Patient wished to avoid the mastopexy at this time and was thrilled with the stage 1 results.
Stage 1 is breast augmentation. Stage 2 is a Mastopexy.
Saline implant 600cc filled to 720cc
Periareolar incision
Subpectoral placement.
