Dr. Kenneth Sumida is a board-certified plastic surgeon at Nuance Cosmetic Surgery in Folsom, California. He earned his medical degree at the Tufts University Medical School in Boston. He then completed a residency in General Surgery at Honolulu’s University of Hawaii. He then undertook further training in plastic surgery at Sacramento’s Davis Medical Center of the University of California. Dr. Sumida has earned board certification from the American Board of Plastic Surgery. He has also been elected into the honor societies Alpha Omega Alpha and Phi Beta Kappa. He is a member of the American Medical Association and the Sierra Sacramento Valley Medical Society. In addition to working at Nuance Cosmetic Surgery, Dr. Sumida is part of the staff at Mercy Folsom Hospital, which is conveniently located across the street.

Vanquish ME™ is a technological system made by the American company BTL Aesthetics that is used for body contouring. It uses radiofrequency energy to melt fat cells. The body then sends the destroyed fat cells to the excretory system to be eliminated.
